Guest Policy

•Guest of currently enrolled UNC Charlotte students

•Guest of current Grand and Basic SAC members

•UNC Charlotte Alumni (Cannot sponsor an additional guest)

•Faculty/Staff (in SAC)

•Guest of Faculty/Staff (Belk Gymnasium Only)

Guest Requirements

•Current Faculty/Staff without membership may enter the SAC as an unaccompanied guest with a current UNC Charlotte ID card.

•UNC Charlotte Alumni may enter unaccompanied, but must present proof of alumni status and a picture ID.

•All other guests must be accompanied by an eligible member or currently enrolled student.

•No eligible member or student may bring more than two guests per visit.

•Guests must sign an assumption of risk waiver and pay the appropriate fee prior to entering the facility.

•Guests must wear a wristband which will note the sponsoring member's name and the date. The wristband will be provided by the facility and must be worn during the entire visit. The guest privileges will be terminated if the wristband has been removed.

•Eligible members must sign his/her guest(s) in; accompany his/her guest(s) throughout the entire visit, and exit the building with his/her guest(s).

•Eligible members will be held accountable for the actions of his/her guest(s).

•No guests under the age of 18 will be permitted in any of the recreational areas of the Student Activity Center. Belk Gymnasium can accommodate guests under the age of 18.

•Guests at the Student Activity Center must show a photo ID proof of age.

•Eligible students or Faculty/Staff may escort guests; however, dependents may not escort guests.

•Guests may access Belk Gymnasium after 5 p.m. on weekdays and at any time during weekend open hours.

Fees

•Guest fees are $5.00 per person

•Guest fees must be paid at facility check-in before entering the facility. They must be paid with the correct change.

•No refunds will be awarded once a guest has entered the facility.

•Guest fees are per daily visit to the facility.
