• Faculty or staff who terminate employment may request a refund. A refund will not be granted without proof of termination of employment documents.
• Any approved request for a refund will be honored upon proof of liquidation of all debts to UNC Charlotte and the appropriate amount of fees have been paid for the period in which a refund is being requested
• There are no refunds for the Basic Fitness Membership package.
• Refunds in other circumstances may be granted by the Director of Recreational Facilities Management or an appointed delegate on a case by case basis.
• A refund will be paid by check, and mailed to the requester.
• For specific information regarding the refund schedule, please call the office of Recreational Facilities Management at 687-4800.
• No refunds will be granted due to recreational areas being closed for repairs or major events such as basketball games, concerts, summer camps, etc.
