Membership Fees• For Fee Schedule, see Schedule A. • If Faculty/Staff and Spouse/Partner memberships are purchased simultaneously, both memberships may be payroll deducted out of the Faculty/Staff paycheck. • Payroll deduction schedule is as follows: If purchased by August 31st, withholding in 15 equal payments will commence with September 15th paycheck and be completed by April 15th. Otherwise, payments will be prorated over the number of pay periods between the date of the membership registration and April 15th. If the membership is purchased during the summer months, the membership must be purchased by May 15th and payroll deductions must be complete by July 15th. Payroll deductions are not eligible for refunds. • Graduate Students only registered for thesis hours are not eligible for payroll deduction or pro-rating of fees. These students are eligible to purchase a Gold Nugget membership for the duration of the semester in which they are enrolled. These students are eligible to purchase a student membership for the summer terms at the same rates as other students, if they have been registered for the spring semester. • Lost or destroyed membership cards may be replaced; however, a $10 fee per replacement will be charged. • Cost of UNC Charlotte ID card ($10) is in addition to fees. Social security number is necessary to obtain ID. ID cards are issued by the ID Office, on the second floor of Cone University Center. |
