The swimming pool is located on the basement level of Belk Gymnasium. It has a large shallow-water area for water aerobics, and is set up for six 25-yard lap swim lanes. The water temperature ranges from 83 to 86 degrees, so it is perfect for lap swimming, water aerobics, or just playing with the family. The membership requirements for the pool are the same as Belk Gym.
The pool has open swim hours:

| Saturday | 2:00pm - 8:00pm |
| Sunday | 4:00pm - 8:00pm |
