The SAC Fitness Center offers 5,000 sq. ft. of dedicated drop-in fitness space. Inside, you will find cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and stair climbers. You will also find weight equipment featuring selectorized strength machines targeting various muscle groups and movements, as well as free weights, squat racks, and adaptive cable-pulley machines.
Memberships are offered during the Fall and Spring semesters at no additional cost to currently enrolled students (minimum three credit hours). Students must present current UNC Charlotte ID.
